Designed to maximize innovation, collaboration, and engagement, Unleash Your Leadership Potential-Social Learning Experience (UYLP-SLX) is a truly comprehensive and dynamic leadership journey. Central to the experience is a dynamic social learning environment hosted on NovoEd, a cutting-edge social learning platform. UYLP-SLX is a facilitated learning experience, anchored by two virtual instructor-led workshops, making it more robust than most online courses.
UYLP-SLX features cutting-edge blended learning technology and theories to ensure maximum engagement and knowledge retention, including:
- Collaborative learning in small groups
- Real-time facilitator engagement and guidance
- Light gamification/engagement strategies
- Skills practice and application
- Recursive learning practices
- Collaboration with peer SMEs
- Virtual instructor-led trainings (vILTs)

PROGRAM OUTLINE
UYLP-SLX brings Entelechy’s flagship leadership development program to an innovative social learning experience that spans two to four months. The award-winning UYLP program combines critical fundamental leadership concepts and social learning theory best practices with Entelechy’s prescriptive models and hands-on application to truly change behavior.
In NovoEd, leaders interact with peers, complete thoughtful assignments, and progress through carefully crafted leadership development content. Participants benefit from meaningful, real-time peer and facilitator collaboration throughout the experience, including two vILT workshops. The blended learning program also features self-paced learning, eLearnings, Entelechy's Leadership Effectiveness Assessment, and an Everything DiSC® Management Assessment.
