Participants learn how their management style influences their approach to decision making, time management, and problem solving. Participants leave with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.

Each workshop participant will receive an Everything DiSC Management Profile, which offers insights into their strengths and challenges as managers as well as techniques for flexing their style to meet the needs of the people they manage.

Entelechy’s Everything DiSC Management-Virtual workshop focuses on two components: connecting with yourself and connecting with others. By exploring these connections, participants discover the complexities and value of each style as well as how to flex to others’ styles to work with them most effectively.

The Connection to Me

Participants reflect on their personal management style and how it might impact their relationships with others. Through engaging videos, participants are introduced to all four DiSC styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

Participants then do a deep dive into their Everything DiSC Management Profile. In an engaging group activity, participants explore how their style is a product of the things they find energizing and things they find draining; they then brainstorm strategies to leverage their style’s strengths and mitigate their style’s shortcomings.

Using personal reflection questions and the strengths and opportunities revealed in their profile, participants work in small groups to leverage other leaders in the workshop to develop effective relationship-building strategies to bring back to the workplace.

The Connection to Others

Participants move into the second workshop component with a focus on two critical leadership skills: employee development and employee motivation. Before diving in, participants learn how to read the styles of their people and others.

Using style-specific videos and their Everything DiSC Management Profile, participants explore how they can most effectively communicate with and motivate each style and create an environment that drives intrinsic motivation. Through personal reflection and small group work, participants create a plan to address the unique motivational needs of each team member.
