Entelechy’s Everything DiSC Agility in the Workplace-Virtual half-day workshop teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. In Entelechy’s Everything DiSC Agility in the Workplace-Virtual workshop, participants discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility.

EVERYTHING DISC WORK OF LEADERS ASSESSMENT
Each workshop participant will receive an Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profile, which offers valuable insights that explore the concept of emotional intelligence and take an agile approach to workplace interactions. Participants will discover their Everything DiSC style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, and recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally.
Using the latest adaptive testing methodology, the research validated Everything DiSC Agile EQ Assessment results in the most precise feedback possible in a personalized profile. Each participant’s unique 26-page Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profile includes three sections:
- Discover: Use the Everything DiSC model to help understand EQ tendencies and strengths.
- Recognize: Introduce other EQ mindsets and the value in each of them.
- Act: Take steps to adopt other EQ mindsets to ensure the most effective responses.
WORKSHOP CONTENT OVERVIEW
Entelechy’s Everything DiSC Agility in the Workplace-Virtual workshop introduces the idea of Agile EQ — the ability to stretch beyond one’s comfort zone and adopt the optimal response in a given situation. Participants learn tips and are guided to stretch to those responses that feel uncomfortable via three distinct workshop components: My Style and Mindsets, Recognize Other Mindsets, and Apply Other Mindsets.
My Style and Mindsets
Through engaging videos and discussions, participants are introduced to emotional intelligence and Agile EQ and learn that EQ is the ability to act productively in different emotional and social situations.
Participants fully explore their Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profile and work in small groups to further explore mindsets through a series of thought-provoking questions and a targeted debrief.
Recognize Other Mindsets
Participants learn to recognize and value different mindsets than their own. Participants view before and after videos that demonstrate how responses — specifically those informed by emotional intelligence — impact a situation. A facilitated discussion focuses on how an emotionally intelligent response can lead to the best outcome.
Apply Other Mindsets
In the final section, based on their profile results, participants will work in small groups to use a mindset that doesn’t come naturally — but is appropriate for the situation. Scenario-based skill practice allows participants to apply knowledge and receive peer feedback. The workshop wraps up with an individual action planning activity to ensure application and accountability back on the job.
