As a result of participating in Integrating the Skills, you should have confidence and tools to handle ANY sales call! Specifically, you should be able to:
- Apply all the key skills learned in the High Performance Customer Service training program.
- Turn common errors into positive practices.
- Integrate the skills learned in High Performance Customer Service, using role plays and coaching and real life scenarios.
Activities include review and interactive discussion of key selling skills, demonstration of key selling skills AND coaching practice.
