Sharon Fernandez
Sharon is a Performance Consultant, responsible for designing and developing training and performance solutions for clients.

Sharon has 13 years of experience as designer, developer, and training manager; her business acumen - focusing on the financial services industry - adds to her ability to provide solutions to address business problems and opportunities.

Rich Guptill
Rich is a Performance Consultant responsible for designing and developing blended learning curricula, including instructor-led, web-based, and blended training programs.

Rich has a very positive personality which has served him well during his 15+ years of progressively challenging sales, training, project management, product development, and financial services experience. Using his great sense of humor, Rich's creative instructional design motivates learners and actively engages the learner in the content.

Previously, as a Sales Manager and Product Manager, Rich developed new products with Fortune 500 companies. He leveraged his creative insights to bring new products to market - from conception to completion. Experiences such as being tasked with developing and implementing sales training comprising a nationwide sales force, implementing marketing and sales strategies, and honing customer service skills, have greatly influenced Rich's understanding of our clients' needs.

In addition to being a graduate of Syracuse University where he earned a BA in Economics, Rich also holds several professional certifications across numerous business sectors. His experience, creativity, and instructional design drive his passion to help other people succeed both personally and professionally, making his training and development contributions invaluable to our client relationships.

Donna Iacopucci
Donna Iacopucci is VP of Business Development responsible for new business acquisition, client relations, and business-based needs assessment. Additionally, she functions in a project management role, often responsible for the design, development, and delivery of customized training programs.

Donna has over 23 years of business experience with a concentration in sales and marketing management. Her corporate background also spans the areas of finance, quality assurance, high tech and management. Together with her extensive business background, Donna brings an energy and relevance to her work in customization and training design, development, facilitation, performance consulting, and project management.

Donna is a former member of the adjunct faculty at Boston University and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Bentley College.

Marsha O'Keefe
Marsha O'Keefe is a Performance Consultant responsible for the design and development of Entelechy's training programs. She brings a strong design and development background having performed needs assessments, developed curriculum, implemented learning events, and evaluated the efficiency of the learning event.

Marsha has recently become certified as a synchronous learning facilitator and designer, allowing Entelechy to offer an even wider range of blended learning. With the addition of synchronous learning expertise, Entelechy expands its capacity to offer curriculum that is impactful and can reach employees despite their geographical location. Marsha brings a creativity to instructor-led training and blended training, and has a tremendous amount of experience as a manager and trainer in on-boarding new hires.

Marsha is a positive force when leading a team, or as part of a team. She enjoys working with people and takes great pride in seeing individuals excel. She has a sense of humor and great patience, which has proven invaluable in the physical and virtual classroom.

Connie Shimek
Connie is a Performance Consultant responsible for designing and developing instructor-led and web-based training programs.

Prior to this role, Connie was a Sales Learning Manager with Capital One University where she developed and designed learning curriculums, management programs, and soft skill courses. She has project-managed cross-functional teams, coached sales teams, implemented LEAN processes, and mentored high-potential employees. With over 20 years of corporate sales and management experience in areas ranging from communications to financial services, Connie leverages her knowledge and background to be a solid business partner to clients.

Connie is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she obtained a BA in Public Relations. She continues to fuel her passion for learning by exploring and evaluating new technology and tools.

Terence Traut
Terry is Entelechy's President and COO. He is responsible for overall program design, development, and quality assurance. Terry brings over 25 years of training and management experience to Entelechy.

Before joining Entelechy, he worked for nine years at Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories as sales training designer and manager. He also instructed for Boston University throughout Europe.

Terry has designed, developed, and delivered hundreds of courses in the areas of management, sales, customer service, and training. He has developed training in a variety of media including web-based training, computer-based-training, self-paced instruction, and classroom training.

Terry holds a BS in Education from St. Cloud (Minnesota) University and a MS in Human Services Administration from Boston University. He has completed all coursework for EdD, Human Resource Education from Boston University.

Marty Wilcox
Marty is Entelechy's Production and Quality Control Manager and is responsible for overseeing the production of training materials including editing, formatting, proofreading, copying/printing, kitting, and shipping. Marty secures and monitors appropriate editing resources, copy vendors, and other resources as needed to meet schedules and quality standards.

Marty has held several positions that have included administration and project management working for both Fortune 50 companies and small, entrepreneurial startups.
