Undoubtedly, the economy is having an impact on virtually every company and organization today. Many of us in training are especially squeezed since 1) training budgets – and sometimes training resources – are typically the first to be frozen or cut, and 2) training is still important – perhaps even more now than ever! In these challenging times, trainers turn into firefighters, helping address specific performance challenges required by an increasingly wary workforce.

In firefighting mode, projects slip off our plates. Not because they’re not important, but because we simply don’t have a free moment to think about them, much less write up a justification to put in front of decision makers.

As you can imagine, Entelechy writes hundreds of proposals every year and we’ve gotten quite good at it! We can leverage that expertise and efficiency to create a proposal that you can use to make a case to decision makers, obtain funding/resources, or even solicit responses from other training vendors!
